Description
This 1973 Alfa GTV, was taken apart, bodywork performed and
then stored for 20 years. The color you see is an off-white primer. The car's original color is a sandy beige but was
painted blue at some point in its life. This car is a restoration project
needing rocker panel replacement as well as floor and fender work. There are
parts available for most if not all of the body sections that need work or replacing.
The windshield was replaced when the car was stored. All glass is included as well as door cards and the parts seen in the photos.
I got the car started and it seems to run well although I would refresh the motor during restoration. The video shows very good oil pressure. I changed the clutch master, slave cylinder, and hose and bled the system and was able to drive the car around the culdesac. The car shifts well but I did not get it over 15-20 MPH; the car shifts into reverse easily. The brakes do not work. The tailights are in fair condition.
This car is either a restoation project or an awesome source for parts - easily 4-5 K worth of parts!
I checked off clear title in the profile as there are no liens etc on the car and it was never a salvage car. The State of RI does not issue titles for cars over 20 years old. I have previous registration and will issue a bill of sale.
I have videos of the car running and driving I can email. They won't load into the eBay profile.
