Alfa Romeo : GTV 2000

1973 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 Restored Body Shell. No Rust! This car was stripped, acid dipped and sand blasted panels replaced all rust removed and a roll cage installed. Rails have been welded in for race seats, fuel door covered and the trunk prepared for a fuel cell. New metal was welded in to replace any rusted metal. The body is rust free. The shell is basically bare metal with some finishing and light primer. There are some small dents and it will require sanding and finishing work before painting. Great car if you would like to swap your parts from a rusty car to a restored shell or build a ground up racer. Body comes with hood, doors and custom made light weight trunk lid.This was to be built into a vintage race car but all parts to put the car back together were stolen from where they were stored. The body was stored in another location so it was not touched. No engine or drive train. I am selling just the body as I have other projects and no longer have the parts or time to put it back together. Car comes with a clean Ontario Title. The body dolly is included. This car can be easily be turned back to original with roll cage removed, spare tire trunk pan put in and fuel door replaced. This is a great investment as Vintage Alfa Rome's have been appreciating in the last few years. A properly restored GTV can sell for upwards of $40,000. Please ask any questions before bidding.
