Alfa GTV V6 24v Lusso
For sale is my Gtv. I have owned the car since march 2009. 1999 (T) with 95k on the clock.
The car has extensive history and a box file of provenance totalling almost £30k. As standard on a lusso version the car comes with aero kit including much sort after 17" teledials alloy wheels, rear spoiler with brake light and front aero spats. Tan momo leather interior. 305mm brembos to the front.
In addition to the standard equipment the following modifications are fitted:
BMC Cda carbon fibre air box and filter kit with repositioning of MAF and removal of resonator baffles £200
Powerflex poly bushes to the rear £300 plus fitting
Custom made exhaust system - 2 x 300 cell custom made catalytic converters through 2 boxes to quad exit rounds all stainless and lifetime warranty(Prospeed cardiff). £1500
GTA solid flywheel conversion with clutch kit fitted £500
front discs upgraded to slotted and dimpled 305mm discs with fast road pads. £125
Inside the stereo has been updated to a Sony cd unit with uprated speakers by loudest.com (just improving the sound without being silly). momo gear knob and handbrake.
Recent work carried out listed:
paint refresh - due to lacquer peel and pinking of plastics i have had a partial respray and tidy up.
due to corrosion around a jacking point i had the floor pan stripped and fixed and a full under seal done(receipt).
Car has all paperwork, all keys including 2 x main keys, 1 x valet key and 1 x brown master keys along with code cards and meta alarm paperwork and code cards. car has the space saver with original tool kit, jack and towing eye.
So. it has some bad points as every 16 year old car does.
Drivers seat bolster is split. The clutch is a little noisy? had it tested and is solid but a slight hissing noise when in idle (really picky me). Also a little play in the front that will need wishbones replacing eventually although passed mot last week, and have been checked during service before xmas.
I am selling as it is rarely used as its a second car now however is performing fantastically when needed. This car revs freely and is really a quick little car that is a joy to drive. It has plenty of recommended upgrades and with a little tlc will continue to be a great classic. I have taken this to BIAMF show every year and been member of owners club. any questions please ask and feel free to come and view.

The belts I have a receipt from lyles of Newcastle. done at 70590 miles in feb 09. belts aux idlers, tensioners, water pump. so a while ago but only 20k miles ago
Full 60k service including plugs in 08. along with plenty of work with a total bill of £1700
So much more done since with receipts for all jobs.
