Road tax is £30 per year.
Very economical runner
Good condition for age, has a few age related marks on bodywork - no dents, just scratches.
Didn't have service history when I bought it, but have I had it serviced and cam belt replaced, water pump replaced, also had EGR valve and replacement CV joint and new disc brakes and callipers since I bought it on 8 May 2014 (at 148,000 miles).
Also had 4 new tyres 3 months ago.
I fitted an Alpine CD/MP3 player, which has changer control facility (but no changer) and remote control.
Mileage is 152,000 but still runs and drives well.
Glove box handle has broken so cannot be used but should be an easy fix.
Ashtray on dashboard doesn't close.
The car sometimes seems to lose power slightly when driving at high revs for long periods, the power returns when the speed is reduced. I've had this looked at but no faults came up on the diagnosis. (It never happens on short journeys around town etc)
Only selling as the wife has got a newer polo tdi from a work colleague.
Serious offers will be considered. Cash on completion or bank transfer.
