2007 Audi A3 S-line , 6 spd mt. 58k miles, apr stage2+, oemplus, navigation

This is an 2007 A3 2.0 FSI S-line, 58,810 miles, rare 6-spd manual. Car was purchased through Mckenna Audi with CPO warranty and I've been the owner since 27k miles.1st owner was from texas so this car has never seen snow! I've just recently moved into a home with less garage space than previously, therefore I'm hoping to find a good home for it. There are normal wear and tears that would show from a car of this age but was always garaged until I ran out of space 2 months ago. Neither engine, nor transmission ever gave any problems. Properly warmed up before and cooled down after each drive. Oil changes were done with Synthetic Motul or Redline every 4,000-5,000 miles, and cam follower was checked and replaced if necessary at every oil change after APR high-pressure fuel pump replacement and Stage II+ tune (~43k) was installed. Suspension is beefed up through Vogtland fully adjustable coilovers (re-badged kw v2). Perfectly quiet cruising but sound immediately opens at full throttle though APR RSC downpipe, Neuspeed cold-air intake, updated DV. This car pulls the way this hatchback should've from the factory. never seen the track or raced. I'm just an car enthusiast at heart. I would rate the cosmetic of this car between good and very good, some detailing and minor touch up. Mechanically, I would rate it excellent as I've never had any issues, clutch still grips and engine runs smooth. KBB lists a car with my options for private sale around $11,600 (good condition) and a little over $12k (very good) so this is an amazing deal for an enthusiast as the parts alone are close to $10,000. With a little TLC, you'll have it perfect again. To help the winning bidder out, I will perform a free oil-change with Motul synthetic and throw in for free an OEM cam follower, also Front Stop-Tech street performance brake pads. EXTERIOR:
19" x 8.5 ET45 bbs lm reps. rims have curb rashes but not bent. I could obtain a new set of replacement for $650 if buyer chooses. Tires have less than 1000 miles on them. Goodyear F1 225/35/19 Vogtland adjustable coilovers (re-badged KW V2) featuring dampening and height settings. (have original shock and springs, swapped out at around 40k)
OEM Euro Bi-Xenons w/ 2 sets of bulbs (4.5k & 6k). needs wire harness to eliminate light error on display that can be purchased through oemplus. driver headlight has a broken tab that can be fixed. Will include original Halogen headlight assembly if desired.
OEM Euro LED tails, light smoke tint film.
S3 style aluminum side mirror cover (have original mirror as well)Professional Tint applied by dealership. I believe it's 35% all around. No fading.
INTERIOR:

Sony CCD backup camera drilled beside trunk release button. there's a loose wire so backup cam does not always turn on but easily fixable.
P3cars digital boost gauge. brand new less than 3 months, mounted on driver left vent. reads boost,rpm (shift-blinker),intake temp,exhaust temp,voltage,0-60 time,etc, all through 1 gauge.
KNOWN PROBLEMS: (refer to pictures 16-23 for all cosmetic issues)
EXTERIOR:Please understand that although this car was garaged at home until my recent move, such is not always the case in Los Angeles and as such it has typical minor scratches that come with a car of this age. Most scratches can be removed by a professional detailer, and I've attached pictures of those that may or may not be able to be removed. I did not locate dings. The rear bumper has some chips towards the bottom and could use touch-up or re-paint.
INTERIOR:Leather on the interior is in great condition with the exception of one area on the drivers seat that I attached a picture of. The rear of this car has been sat on probably less than 20 times. One of the vents (see picture) have metal bracket slightly bent which affects vent fin adjustment. this is easily repairable.The driver door handle window control plastic has a slight chip on it. The rear driver door has some scratches and speaker grill has a slight tear (please see attached pictures). The rear skyroof shade sometimes is hard to close due to the clip that holds it being slightly bent. part can be obtained through audi.
MECHANICAL:Cam follower. Existing cam follower has around 5,000 miles on it and I suggest replacing this. I will include new cam-follower with BINBrake pads. The front brake pads must be replaced soon. I have a set of Stop-tech street performance pads that I will include with BIN.Diverter valve may have to be tightened or replaced as it's making slight whistle sound under slow acceleration.Rear washer fluid tank. I believe there is a small hole in the rear washer fluid tank thus preventing it from holding water.
The car is located in Los Angeles and locals are welcome to inspect. for out of state parties, I would be glad to accommodate any pre-inspection and to meet your shipper or if drop-off is within 30 miles of me, I will gladly help you drop off.
