For Sale - Audi A3 1.8T Quattro with 12 months MOT
I bought this car on behalf of a friend a few months ago, but it needed some work doing for the MOT. In the time it has taken, my friend bought another car, therefore this car is being sold to go towards my new house along with the other cars listed!!
It's a really nice example of the quite rare A3 1.8T Quattro, finished in dark metallic blue.
To pass the MOT it has had the following work carried out:
New Anti-Roll Bar Bushes
New Lateral Acceleration Sensor
New Longitudinal Acceleration Sensor
ABS ECU checked and reset
All codes cleared and sensors calibrated
All work totalling around £600.
It's also had new wiper blades front and rear and a full valet.
It's a nice clean example inside and out, although not perfect. The interior is very clean although there are a couple of cigarette burns in the passenger seat. Also the passenger side electric window doesn't work properly and I believe requires a new motor. It goes down, but has to be put up manually.
It has the upgraded Bose sound system and full climate control which blows really cold.
As with many older A3's there is some pixilation on the trip computer screen.
It's a super car, which mixes both performance and economy. It has 130,000 miles on the clock but drives like a car with a lot less!
