Audi A3 TDI 2004 Black Optics - Massive Spec!

I have owned this car since June 2014. It has been a great car and cheap to run, averaging 48 mpg on the on board computer and still being quick! It drives great and is a stunning example with the front end conversion from a split grill to a single black optics grill which really stands out! (it has fog lights but I have not had time to get some new ones and fit them as the split grill ones do not fit the newer single grill front end) the front end of the car is like new.
I am selling due to a baby on the way and need something bigger with 4 doors.
I am open to offers or a swap for something bigger like an estate.
