Description
Time is here for me to part with my baby.
As much as I would like to keep her, I just no longer have the time to dedicate to my cars as I’ve once had.
I bought this car in 2009 and In general, up until maybe a year ago or so, she was mostly a show car, being a Unitronic and/or RAI Motorsport booth car for Waterfest, DOTB and H2Oi several times and really haven’t been driving her much up until last year when I pretty much started to split my driving time between her and my other car.
As far as builds and performance, majority of under the hood work and tuning was done by RAI, and the rest by me.
In the nutshell, performance wise this car currently sits at ~350AWHP, maybe a bit less. The timing is not aggressive, with no meth running, pump gas, pretty much with a very conservative overall setup (tune wise), but turn up the meth, timing, boost and throw some race gas in her, you have a 400+AWHP car. What I wanted to create here is a perfect blend of power and everyday street drivability, and I can certainly say that this was achieved as you can certainly have this car as an excellent daily driver and not experience any annoying drivability and reliability issues that are inherent to many big turbo, high HP setups, but when you punch it, she moves! To keep in mind, the Unitronic 725cc file is rated for 550HP, so going with a larger turbo, cams, maybe even a 2.0 stroker can certainly be a next step and can be relatively easily achieved since all supporting mods are already done. Another thing to add is that multimedia, interior, exterior wise, there isn’t much more can be done, pretty much upgraded to the max! In essence you have a just about full B7 S4 interior (with some RS4 touches), minus the headliner.
I will try to list all mods done as much as I can, but may forget some of the minor mods, such as coding mods, small upgrades, etc. Overall, much work and many, many thousands of $$$ went in into this car, so forgetting something minor may definitely happen, however I will try to describe/list everything as well as outlining any issues, which is certainly not too many as overall this car is in very good condition, both interior/exterior as well as mechanically.
So here goes.
Price: $15500 OBO. I will entertain offers. Reasonable offers, so please don’t low ball me.
Also, because this is not your standard, base car, i'm not comfortable selling this car to someone who had not seen it in person and had a chance to drive it. So contact me first, prior to bidding.
General

Borg Warner EFR 6758 turbocharger with 2000 deg. Titanium coating, T25 0.64 a/r, ceramic ball bearing, 3” v-band and with integrated BOV and internal wastegate. Integrated boost solenoid is not used with my setup and off the turbo but will be included as well.

Full Front and back B7 S4 Recaro set. Both Passengers and Drivers seats are power (unlike B6 S4 Recaros where only driver’s seat is power) Also seats are heated, however, the car did not come with the heated option originally, I was going to do a retrofit and even replaced the A/C control module with the one that has controls for heated seats, but never found the time. The only thing needed to complete the retrofit is to run the wiring from the seats to control and to fuse box (I have all the connectors that I will include).
B7 Center console with all B7 chrome trim buttons + B6 cupholder delete.
B7 Three spoke Multifunction Steering wheel (full retrofit) with perforated sides.

B7 full trunk liner (unlike B6 liner it has nice pocket and door compartment on each side).
Shoes
Summer Set: 18” RS4 reps in gunmetal with fully bald Sumitomo HTRZ II summer tires (I finished them off last summer). J
Winter Set: OEM 17” 5-spoke sport wheels refinished in gunmetal with Dunlop Winter sport 3D winter tires (about 75% tread left).
So, here’s the deal. The reason I have not yet replaced my summer tires is really that I haven’t driven the car since the winter weather finally broke. She still sits on her winter set. And since I decided to sell the car, I thought I would give an option to a potential buyer here in the case that he/she may not like the summer tires I use (Sumitomo HTRZ II). So the option is, I can either buy these tires prior to a sale and get them mounted/balanced and onto the car, or I will deduct $500 from the price tag and let the buyer deal with the tires him/herself.
Issues: There really isn’t much to talk about here. Mechanically, performance wise she in great shape, everything works just the way it should. The only recent non-cosmetic issues that I had was the valve cover gasket oil leak (fixed by replacing the VCG) and the misfires on cyl4 injector (fixed by replacing the part of the injector harness for cyl4 injector) Most of the other issues, if you can even call them issues are cosmetic. Minor dings, scratches, dings on wheels. Also the CF vents on the hood have cracking lines through them especially on the turbo side due to high heat. Headliner was sagging above the rear seats, so I “fixed” it with tacks by spelling out my kids initialsJ. I will try to document everything with pictures as much as I can.
This one isn’t really an issue rather a visual nuisance. About every 50-100 miles the car will throw a CEL for EVAP LDP (n80), insufficient vacuum. The EVAP system no longer exist, it just that this particular code was not written out in the file by Unitronic. This, not in any shape or form creates an issue or affect anything, as I said its purely visual and i just typically clear the code when it pops up. I have several spare OBDII knock off cables, and will be happy to include one with the car, it will work fine with an older, free version of VAG-COM.
I think this about sums it up. I will be happy to answer any questions.
