Description
For sale is a 2002 Audi A6 Quattro. This vehicle runs and drives perfect, doesn't pull, and has been taken care of. All leather everything, power locks, power doors, heated seats, sun roof, very quality Bose sound system, and starts up every time with no problems. This car has served my family for 6 years now, and is rarely driven. This is a mother's vehicle, however she started telecommuting last year and as such the car has been of less and less use to us. Nothing is wrong mechanically or structurally that would affect its drivability or performance. This car has just under 150,000 miles and can be driven as a manual or automatic. No leaks or missing interior prices. All electrical (wipers, horns, lights) work perfectly. Has original spare( never used) and tire jack, all original as well as the road hazard triangles in the back. Never been in an accident or collision. Car is clean and this last year has only been driven every couple of weeks to prevent settling of tires, etc.
The only things wrong with this vehicle are 1. The backup sensor needs to be adjusted, it beeps every time it is put in reverse because it is tilted toward the ground, quoted 120 from Audi to have them adjust it. 2. On the driver side rear quarter panel this is a scratch about 4" in length that is shown in the pictures. 3. The dash display works, however a couple of rows of LEDs went out, slight nuisance. doesn't affect anything and is still interpret-able. To replace the part is 100+ install labor. Picture include.
Kbb lists this vehicle for 4600 and I am asking 4200 because to replace the dash, and adjust the backup sensor at the dealership will cost you 400. Once again, these are optional maintenance repairs that do not affect the functionality or drivability of the vehicle. However, I know from personal experience that when buying a used car you will probably want to fix the little things just to make it perfect. Oil changes are few and far between, amd should be good for at least another 6k miles. Owners manual says 10k miles between oil changes and cost between 70-120. 10w-40 full synthetic in a tight closed system. Changed oil just under 1k miles ago, however the car has only been driven bi weekly for groceries etc and it has been about 6 months since last oil change. It is a solid car and has no problem passing on the freeway and easily keeps up with its younger models. Thank you for looking at this posting, and if you have Any questions feel free to email me.
