Summary:
Typically you would find the Audi s3 selling at 10 to 15k. the audi s3 is the worked version of the golf r which originally retailed at 70k. The s3 comes factory with recaro leather interior, electric seats, power everything, aluminium mirrors, 20 valve 1.8 turbocharged engine with a "k04" turbo, the very same branded turbo used in other cars like the golf r and the newer audi s3. a all wheel drive gearbox which transfers power to the rear wheels via the haldex diff. factory time for this car is 6 seconds to 100kms. once you remap them, they seriously become a weapon.
not many people where willing to spend 70k on a hatchback. so you know when a hatchback cost 70k new, there's alot of detail into it.
this car has everything as you would expect, concert bose 6cd player, with factory sub and 8 speaker system,
power everything inside, you can even put up and down the windows remotely with the original alarm remote, so many options and features,
its just to hard to remember them all. my s3 has some extras over the normal s3,
upgraded german s3 tail lights, tow bar which can be removed, and some other bells and whistles.
now as its 15 years old, it does have some wear and tear as expected. the haldex requires servicing, i believe it needs a oil change as its in
constant awd, while you don't really notice any difference except when doing a full uturn circle. its something that can be addressed later.
the car has some scratchs around the car, please review photos as it is 15 years old.
the car was previously in a minor accident, a towbar went into the front bar and made a minor hole, this is a easy fix
which simply just requires some handy work repairing the bar and it will look as good as new, it has not damaged anything else apart from
the cosmetic bar. the car is unregistered and will require a inspection to reregister it. but once the bar is fixed away you go.
i'm selling this car at a very cheap price as i no longer require keeping it. this would make for a great s3 with plenty of life in it.
courier to interstate welcome, typical price example, sydney to melbourne $295. very cheap.
Condition: used - see pictures - as is.
