Much loved B5 RS4 for sale.

This is a beautiful car inside and out, a real head turner. This is a very reluctant but equally urgent sale. Completely stock with no modifications, driven responsibly, Black Optics, colour coded mirrors(option), Alcantara Steering Wheel and gear knob(option), piano black trim, luggage net(option), Rear separation net(option), Heated Seats, Original Spare Key and all supporting documentation from date of first purchase. Pretty much everything that came with this car from new is with the car. There is an abundance of paperwork that also comes with the car for a complete history since date of first sale, I am the 3rd owner of the car.
-This car has also just undergone a full suspension overall in terms of Bushings, suspension arm, rear coil springs, CV boots etc. costing just over £2000 at an Audi Specialist and specifically RS engineers. Also recently serviced, new spark plugs (DENSO Iridium Power Spark Plugs IK22) x6, oil change (Only the best Shell Helix Ultra 5W-40), oil filter, air filter and pollen filter replaced.
-Fairly new Dunlop SP SportMaxx tyres all round
-Brakes recently done at the rear including discs all round. Front pads will probably need doing in about 5000 miles.
This car is used everyday, is loved, looked after and very reliable. Yes the fuel consumption is around 24MPG(mostly with traffic) on average for the weekly commute and around 22MPG when driving around suburbia on the weekends but it is so worth it as it is truly a lovely car to drive. Never any shortage of power, a lovely tone from the exhaust, great handling and a timeless style of car.
This car is classed as a modern classic and an appreciating asset, however, I just see it as an awesome car all round. The only reason for sale is that my family is growing and would like to start touring round Europe in something a little bigger with better fuel (John Deer) economy.
