1998 Audi Cabriolet Roadster one of a kind. Stanced with 17x10's around.Last year of the Cabriolet in the USA till 2002 when they startedimporting here again. Cabriolet is its own platform. Kinda between a B3Coupe Quattro and B4. This one is Completely Customized. In Europe a lotof people have customized these cars. You wont find anything like thisin the USA. Plates good till 10/2015. So much has been done to this car.Its and ready to go!
Perfect Low Mile 1998 Audi Cabriolet with 63k miles. V6 2.8L. Runs likenew. Everything has been done to this car was done right. Very RareBrock Car Fashion Wheels were imported from Germany and are 17x10 allthe way around! Car needs front tires as they are at the wear mark. RearTires are 60%. 245 rear/235 front. All 4 fenders were professionallyrolled out to allow for these. Retaining plastic wheel well protectors.. New Paint at the same time complete. The convertibles all came with Automatic Transmissions in the USA andthe cabriolet body style was used till 1998 here in the USA, but theysold til 2001 in europe in this body style. A lot of the S2 B3/B4 RS2/S2B4 parts bolt on this car. A completely bullet proof B5 tall 5th gearmanual transmission swap with all stock interior and mechanical partswas done with a 034 Short Shift kit installed. Shifting like a new car.This changes the entire drive of this car and gives a top end of 150mph.The 4 speed Automatics sucked and the gearing made them slugs. Now thecar has some real power with the manual 5 speed! Plus I get almost 30mpgon the hwy! Shifts like a brand new car, clutch is perfect. Also usedthe Manual heater controls instead of the auto climate control crapwhich keeps the A/C on when in use. This has the button for A/C and itworks perfect. Anyone who knows these years isnt fond of the autoclimate control system and its problems.. All interior parts swappedexcept rear seat. VERY RARE Recaro sport seats, driver seat recovered.Interior is in perfect condition, soft and like new. Manual lever forfront to back and manual spin handle for tilt with power button forheight.Everything on this car works as it should except cruisecontrol(typical Audi problem). Power windows, power top, mirrors, locks,factory alarm, remote key-less entry. mirrors are new(heated), European RS2projector HID headlights with levelers. Front and Rear fog-lights.Completely badge-less. Complete and impossible to find S2 White Gauges,cluster, etc. Works perfectly. New OEM shift boot, knob, Audi Sport SteeringWheel. H&R suspension, Complete Cat back Magna-flow exhaust thatsounds perfect. Dual Chrome tip as well. Euro RS2 front and rearbumpers. Blacked out S grill. Complete Paint done with a lot of the workdone almost 4 years ago. Car has under 10k miles since then. AlpineStereo with Alpine speakers thru out including door tweeters. I-podhookup, usb, and auxiliary. Won 1st place at 2013 Pacific Waterland CarShow in Convertible Class and 2nd place in B4/B5 Class! Euro Plate onfront is the prize given from that show. Car needs nothing but a newhome with a garage!! Car has no problems, no dents, no issues, startsright up no matter how long it sits. Top is perfect. The back vinylwindow is cloudy so that is the only thing i can think of that you canreplace sometime to see better out of it.
Original owners manuals, etc also come with the car.
I also think that putting a 20VT would be something I was going to dosomeday and also maybe coilovers. Just food for thought. If someone wasambitious, take the quattro from a b4 90 quattro or B3 coupe quattro andmake it a quattro 20VT S2 Cabriolet!
KBB is 8K, but with what has been done I think my price is right.

Also, I am waiting for autocheck to fix the problem they have on this car. i had a clear title when i bought the car and have a clear title now as well. this is the 2nd audi i have had to do this with. If you get a car completely repainted, it can be a nightmare trying to show it was repainted for reasons other than accident. the fenders were rolled to allow for wheels and i think that is. why they are playing this game. i expect it fixed this week!
