Offered here is a great example of the awesome Audi RS4 4.2 V8 which has covered 65,000 miles from new.
Finished in metallic Daytona Grey with a Black leather interior.
Having had just 3 owners from new this car has a comprehensive Audi main dealer service history.
We have just taken the car in as part payment for another classic that sold earlier this week.
Exterior condition;
The overall appearance of this RS4 is excellent.
The paintwork has a good shine and all appears original as it left the factory.
There are no major visible bodywork defects only a few very minor age related marks as to be expected on a near 10 year old vehicle. Overall I would give the bodywork a solid 9 out of 10.
The original RS4 specific alloy wheels are in their original Silver finish but do have minor kerb marks and scuffs. A simple refurbishment would have them looking new again. As they are not the optional polished versions this would only cost around £40 per wheel.
The RS4 runs on 4 brand new Pirelli P Zero tyres.
Interior condition;
The interior of this example is very nice.
The car has the factory fitted options of the larger 'big wing' sports seats and flat bottom steering wheel.
The Black leather is in very good condition and even the drivers seat bolster, a common weak point with these seats, is in good condition.

Powered by the awesome 4.2 V8 this RS4 is a very fast road car.
The engine performs exactly as expected and sounds amazing.

Driving the car;
If you haven't driven an RS4 then it really needs to be experienced.
The car sounds fantastic with a typical V8 burble which gets much louder as you press on. The 'S' sport button makes the throttle seem even more responsive.
The performance is very strong, not many road cars can compare with the RS4, especially 4 door saloons.
Everything works as it should and the car drives straight and true.
The brakes feel very powerful and stop the car from any speed without effort.
Summary;
Overall we feel that this is a well presented and very good specification RS4.
These cars hold their money very well and will no doubt continue to do so for some time. Sub 75k mile examples such as this are very rarely available at anything under £20,000.
This example has brand new Pirelli P Zero tyres front and rear and a cast iron service history.
The next expense in relation to this car is likely to be front brake discs which, although working perfectly, are getting towards the end of their life.
Replacement cost is circa £400 a pair for non genuine items and £600 a pair for genuine Audi ones. I would estimate that new front discs will be required within the next 5,000 miles depending on how the car is driven. They were not marked as an advisory note on the latest MOT.
In what is likely to be the best colour, Daytona Grey, this example offers very good value for money at an asking price of £19,999.
