BMW 1 Series 2.0 118D convertible, 14,000 miles from new

I purchased this pearlescent (metallic) black BMW 1 Series 2 litre 118 Diesel convertible on 5th April 2012 from my local BMW main dealer when its mileage was just 3,000. Since then I have only done 11,000 miles in it over 3 years and its usage is such that there is little point in keeping it when it sits from one month to another unused in my garage. It has alloy wheels and run flat tyres, Bluetooth, boston leather upholstery, cruise control, front and rear park distance controls, rain sensor wipers, seat heaters and a detachable wind deflector which works fantastically when the roof is down. The electric roof works a treat too!
I have had a Glass's Guide online valuation done this week which advises me of the following suggested sale prices reflecting its mileage and optional extras:
Trade in price £14,180.
Dealer retail price £16,350
Private sale price £15,360.
I am still reasonably keen to sell this car sooner rather than later so have reduced my asking price by £500 to £14,495 - which I hope will attract buyers fairly quickly.
