Description
2006 BMW 118D Sport. Beautiful example in what I think is the best colour, metallic grey. 148,000 miles with part service history.
Please note that the rear differential has developed a whining noise, indicating that a bearing is loose. Having sought professional advise a recondition of this and it'd be back to normal. I will consider this in any offer made.
Had the clutch and dual mass flywheel replaced at 105,000 miles, water pump were changed August 2015. Not long had discs and pads both front and rear. Replaced the rear tyres on 24/03/16. The car has had regular oil changes/services carried out every 3-5,000 miles by our family mechanic but unfortunately lacks the stamps in the book as this was misplaced whilst moving house, has since been found. MOT March 2017. 4 previous owners.
Cloth interior in excellent condition. Bodywork is in good condition, does have the odd stone chip here and there but that's to be expected from a 10yr old car. There is a little dint on the rear door, from where someone has opened their door on my car, csnt notice it unless you look closely. Has the smoked rear lenses but will include originals should new owner want to revert to original lenses. Automatic wipers, climate control, alloy wheels, parking sensors.
A lot of car for not a lot of money, ideal family hatchback benefitting from affordable running costs. One of the cheapest around. If I'm been really picky the side repeaters could probably do with changing as a little misted, fuel filler cap sometimes pops open but apart from that she really is a lovely example of a quality car, these few niggles have been reflected in my asking price.
Only selling as upgrading to a newer M-sport model. HPI clear, any inspection welcome. Test drives will only be permitted with proof of valid licence andpcomprehensive insurance, I will however happily take you for a test drive if these requirements can't be met. Car is located in Llandudno, North Wales. Priced to sell at £2995 Ono.
