2008 BMW 135i M sport coupe hi and welcome to the sale of the formidable btw 135i, first of all i will say that this isn't just a 135i this is a very special car and credit to the previous custodians. This car was considered the fastest car in Europe at the height of its tune, even beating BMW UKs own cars in a straight line!
some key points to begin with:
64,000 genuine miles
430bhp (700+hp at its peak)
JB4 piggy back ECU (programmable maps on the move using the steering wheel and in depth logging and adjustments using laptop)
Quite LSD developed first for this car
Alpina mapped gearbox (amazingly fast)
Custom uprated turbos made by "owen developments"
Large aluminium front mounted intercooler
Straight through exhaust system as well as cats and stainless back box (all hand made for the car)
Differential lockdown kit
M-tech mono block callipers all round
1 year of only bmw forged internals of engine
Body work:
As you can see from the photos the car is an absolute stunner, car is full original paintwork and had no repairs (few bumper stone chips).
The interior:
The interior is fantastically spacious, red leather seats are extremely comfortable and have very little signs of ware. No cigarette burns or tares anywhere.
The car has all bmw features such as sat nav and media centre on the pop up screen. the AC/ heating system is like new and keeps you cool and warm throughout the year.
The Berger JB4 piggy back ECU works on the fly, even when moving by controls on the steering wheel. You can flip between 7 different maps and do various things while driving the car. The car has the cable which you need to plug into your laptop, you can then read all errors and see live data and many many things.
The engine:
The engine runs as new and sounds fantastic, absolutely no noises or rattles as may blows develop (oil changed every 3000 miles/3 months). The car was the fastest road legal bmw in europe for a very long time at the hands of the previous owner with just over 700hp!
The car had a bioethanol meth kit fitted to develop the power but has since been removed to make the car more street useable, still packing 430hp it is a stupidly fast machine.
The 2008 N54 straight 6 twin turbo engine was a one year only forged internals engine and as such cost a fortune for bmw to manufacture so was stopped after 2008.
The car has recently had new injectors for the updated OEM parts as well as a new electronic water pump (very common and can cause serious engine failure)
Twin turbos are new one offs from owen developments.
The gearbox:
The gearbox is amazingly easy and surprisingly fast to us both in manual and automatic mode, the TCU has the alpina software in order to achieve this. again the oil and filters have been regularly changed as such the gearbox preforms faultlessly!
This is not a normal 135 by any stretch of the imagination, this is the car they should have made it to be
