BMW 118D M SPORT COUPE

Please see for sale my BMW 118D MSPORT COUPE in metallic silver, reluctant sale due to having two small children and the car no longer being practical.I have owned this car since March 2011 (1 previous owner) which was bought from BMW Liverpool with 6k on the clock, since then this car has been treated like my baby even after my children have arrived.
It comes with a full BMW service history all carried out at BMW Liverpool with the last one carried out in October 2014 with 46k on the clock, in the last 10 months the car has not even covered 2k miles due to my wife being on Maternity leave and me having a company car. I have BMW extended comprehensive warranty on this car which is the highest level of cover, this cost me 39 pound a month and the new owner can carry this on after myself for the same price. I have sent of to Retain the private registration plate so this will be allocated a new reg by the DVLA. The Sat nav in the picture does not come included it is just an aftermarket Garmin. This car is only 30 pound road tax for 12 months, MOT expiry April 2016.
This car comes fully loaded with upgraded 18" M Sport alloy wheels, M sport body kit, M sport door sills,Automatic Wipers, Automatic Headlights, Interior/Exterior lighting kit (puddle lights in door handles follow me home lights etc), Coral Red heated leather sport seats, Professional Cd Player, Aux input, Bluetooth, Multi-functional M Sport steering wheel, Black performance front kidney grills, Electric folding door mirrors, Electric windows, I have put the Sat Nav tray in but the original storage tray also comes included. It will however need two front tyres, they are legal but do have cracking so i would suggest they be replaced. Two alloys have been kirbed. It also has a couple of stone chips on the bonnet and one on the front spoiler expected on a car of this age which i have pictured as best i could. I have reflected this in the price. This really is a stunning example of a high spec 1 series coupe, which i wouldn't be parting with if it wasn't for fatherhood or the wife :)
