For Sale: BMW 2002. Car is in excellent condition. Clean body. No rust in floors, trunk, spare tire well or rear shock towers.
Thousands of dollars and many hours spent bringing this car back to its original glory.
New paint one year ago, no nicks or scratches
New carpet, headliner
New front & back seats upholstered
New Aardvark Racing replacement door cards under original door panels
New windshield, rubber & chrome trim, new rear window rubber & chrome trim
New Battery
Rebuilt Weber 32/36 carb,
New clutch master and slave cylinders
New front brake pads, new rotors
New rear brake shoes & cylinders
New German competition lowering springs
New KYB Sport shocks and front struts
New front end tie rods, ends, alignment
New exhaust pipe, gaskets, Ansa sport resonator exhaust
Car is repainted in its factory blue color and engine compartment area still wears its original paint
4 Speed tranny and all synchros shift smooth as silk, up or down, no grinding or jumping out of gear
Car runs very nicely, cruises at 70 easily, does not overheat, and gets lots of thumbs-up wherever I drive it.
