BMW 316TI SE Compact Individual

Beautiful BMW 316TI SE Compact Individual with 12months MOT. I bought this car to teach my son to drive. He's now passed his test and time to down size to something a little more sedate (and cheaper to insure!). We bought it last May and it's been perfect for us. As you can see from the photos the car is in pretty good condition for the age, paintwork is very good. The wheels are the larger 17" ones with 225x45 tyres. All wheels have kerb marks. It has a pretty high spec, features include cruise control, steering wheel radio controls, electric front and back windows, speed sensitive wipers, ABS, traction control & sports seats. As it's the Individual model it has colour coded red trim which looks really good. I have had the handbrake shoes and rear brake pads replaced 2 weeks ago and also has new battery. Oil and filter changed November 15. It was MOTd last week and sailed through, no problem so has full 12 months MOT from Jan 16. The negatives are as follows: rear window washer pump not working (I have spare pump but not yet fitted), tiny oil leak from front of the valve cover which occasionally drips on the manifold (so slight it hasn't noticeably affected the level since we had it), RHS elec door mirror not working, tear in driver seat fabric (since been patched), marks on wheels, shallow dent on back wheel arch (hardly noticeable see photo) These are all pretty minor and hasn't bothered us but wouldn't be expensive to repair if you felt it necessary.
