BMW 318I E46 exceptional clean condition looked after like a baby, now must go..

For sale is my precious BMW treated like a baby with regular inspections, installed multiple new components, ACCIDENTS FREE & RUST FREE ( imported from Cyprus where you have just heat and no rain ) , M.O.T due 2016 October , original log book AND THE COPY OF THE OLD ONE, with just 1 previous owner , V5 PRESENT and 2 original keys with remote controlled central locking and BONUS full expanded diagrams with OEM part codes numbers covering every bit of this model.
THIS CAR HAS A FULL SERVICE HISTORY WITH PROOF OF NEW PARTS INSTALLED.
This model ( E46 facelift ) has many electronic specs and systems like computer, multimedia control on the driving wheel, rain sensors, cruise control, digital heating electronic controller, parking sensors, CD changer unit, electric mirrors, alarm, tracker etc
This car is a USED CAR in MINT condition and I spent a lot of time and money abroad before import and here in UK as well ( the last 7-8 months ) on new parts and fixed all problems this model of BMW usually have like front windows mechanisms or tail light connector even the gearbox or heating electronic controller, stuff most sellers wont tell you. I am electronics engineer and I wouldn't accept not to fix these small bits.
It has a low millage BMW Z3 gearbox ( 14.000 miles only ), new LED sport tail lights, 17" alloy rims/wheels ( 4 new tires ), new powerful big battery, new radiator and expansion tank and couple of sensors, new front windows mechanisms, 2000 watts audio system ( optional with additional cost ), new 4 brake disks and all brake pads ( 12 pcs ), new suspension parts and so many other parts like oil, filters, spark plugs, belt, seals
The engine runs like it should for a BMW, car it starts very fast in any weather, pull like a tiger and smooth like a bird.
Any mechanic visit welcome ! Car has most of the Cypriot old M.O.Ts proving the original millage on every 2 years and the last one in UK done couple of months ago. The paint is original and looks outstanding without any polishing solution, mechanically it is exceptional and a pride on the road. Previous owner it is a fantastic lady who really took good care 12 years of this car same as I did right after since.
