BMW 318i E30 manual

BMW 318i Manual, had 2 owners before me, I bought with the intention of modifying it but the previous owner ( since 1989) kept it in original condition so I decided to sell it or swap it for a less value, less original E30, preferably 2 door but must be before 1991. The brakes need attention, some oil leaks around rocker cover and aircon needs more gas (it has some pressure but not enough), apart from these the car is very original, will not disappoint.
If you are looking for a clean E30 look no further, you can save a fortune by avoiding body repairs.
I would trade in E30 2 door manual,auto,faded paint,crap interior or any interesting RWD car that I can put on club rego.
The car is in Belgrave, please don't make me stupid offers as I know what is the value of this car, if you don't this car is not for you.
