2001 BMW E46 320Ci 231HP Alpina styling (3l engine 2.2 on v5) 103k

Hi everyone. The moment has come when I'm selling my pride and joy. I've owned it since 26.04.2013 and enjoyed it every minute. It never let me down and still goes strong. I've spent nearly £5000 on this car. Do not expect showroom condition because it is almost 15 years old car. Regular services, some by myself and some at the garage. It has couple bad bits as you can expect.
Lets start with good bits
LPG conversion ( cheap to run ) £1000 (06.07.2013)
3l bulletproof engine replaced with 80k miles on it 07.06.2014. Done just 23k miles so it has a lot left in it £1200
2nd stage sport clutch ( replaced together with engine ) £150
All round new suspension Sachs + OEM springs £500 (about 8 months old)
Handbrake cable, shoes, and back plates £208 (23.06.2015)
Front wings x2 and M3 hood £500 (20.07.2015)
Angel eyes (day running) £150 (done myself)
LED rear lights £150 (done myself)
New radiator, thermostat housing + belt £200 (17.05.2015) (done myself)
CO2 + Lambda sensor (23.10.2015) (done myself)
4x Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. A lot of life left in it. 2x (03.07.2015) and other 2x (29.09.2015) £470
4x Brembo Max discs + Brembo pads + 4x Meyle wheel bearings + engine service done + gearbox service done. £700 (31.08.2015)
Front passenger airbag module replaced by BWM (recall) (16.10.2015)
It has leather seats, front airbags. ESP, ABS, Air Con, Cruise Control, Parking sensors, Adjustable steering wheel, CD player with AUX and USB connection, 18'' wheels, Auto wipers
Drives lovely and it is HEAD TURNER
Some bad bits:
Few stone chips as to be expected
Rear bumper has barely visible scratch (last photo). That's what happens when you leave car in shopping car park.
Back cover of passenger mirror has been damaged (see photo). Happened couple months ago just had no time to sort it out but the mirror works perfect.
Driver seat has little wear (see photo). Rest of the interior are in great condition.
Wheels could do with refurb.
2 tiny chips on the screen. It does not affect view.
From time to time Passenger airbag light comes on and off after couple seconds. It started playing after BMW recall.
To be honest I need 4 door car and want some change also. Would consider PX for Audi A3 4door 2l TDI. Cash either way.
