2005 BMW 320D SE GREY FULL BLACK LEATHER 2.0 diesel 163bhp 55 Plate

Hi, and welcome to my listing.

Up for grabs is my 2005 55 plate BMW 320d which I have owned since February 2011 and have thoroughly enjoyed! The car is the perfect blend of economy, power and comfort – I shall be truly sorry to see it go.

I am confident in describing the car as ALMOST immaculate for the age – there is the normal wear and tear and a few age related marks.

The car starts first time every time, runs well with no smoke, knocks or bangs, and drives / stops exactly as it should. This is the 163bhp version and goes very well.

I had a new turbo fitted in 2014, and have always had the vehicle serviced at time of MOT.

The current MOT runs until 1st June 2016 (I am happy to put a fresh MOT on the car for the right offer as I am confident it will fly through!) and the car currently as around 112,000 miles on the clock. It last had a minor service in June 2015 at time of MOT.

I already have a new vehicle so please note that this car is currently SORN and is locked away in my garage. Prior to putting it away (just two weeks ago) I had it cleaned inside and out so is nice and fresh ready for the new owner.

The car benefits from full black leather throughout which, believe it or not, seems to be fairly rare for this model as I looked at loads before buying this one back in 2011.

4x Electric windows, power steering, remote central locking, electric mirrors, radio, CD player and CD changer in the boot, air con, dual climate control etc etc all working as they should.

As with all cars this age there are some bad points which I will list below. Please note that not all of these are major but I don’t want there to be any nasty surprises upon collecting the car should you decide to buy without first viewing.

· The dual mass fly wheel knocks when the clutch is slightly engaged. There is no knocking when the pedal is fully up or down, just that bit in between. Please note that is has been doing this for around 2 years and it doesn’t affect the drive of the car. The clutch does not slip at all. The new owner should be prepared to change the clutch at some point during their ownership but it could do on a number of years.
· Since the last service there has been a slight oil leak from the oil filter. Occasionally you get a whiff of burning oil as the engine warms up.
· There is some wear on the drivers seat as per photos.
· Front tyres will need changing in not too distant future
· Slight ding in drivers door as photos
· Some small scuffs on rear bumper as photos
· Small mark on rear wheel arch as photos
· Normal signs of wear and tear both inside and out.
· I have log book, a few MOTs and 1x key. Everything else has been lost over the years and various house moves. (please note you can now search MOT history online including all advisory notes, passes and fails)
