Now I am sure the main question will be does it slide being a diesel and the answer is YES and very well due to it having so much torque, very easy to slide and set up very well as it stands - she is an ideal beginners car and having said that she is also a brilliant daily driver, lol! The mechanicals on this car are absolutely spot on, the engine does not use or lose a drop of anything oil or water related, nor does she smoke, water temp is always bang on half way and it always starts with the first turn of the key. You will not be disappointed, the car has barely been used to drift as I am so busy with work but has been used as a daily and has been excellent. Whenever i have been out for a skid in her she has performed brilliantly. She hasn’t been used in any competitions and has only been used for a bit of fun so far but she would easily be able to be used for that. The interior is still fitted as i use the car as a daily but this can be removed if you wish. Any parts I have removed is to aid the fitting of the drift bits but they are still included in case you wanted to return to standard. The car pulls very well and the engine, gearbox, diff, suspension, brakes are all silky smooth from hot or cold. My original plan for the car was to spec it up into a comp car but I haven’t really got the time to due to a house move and work commitments. Just seems a waste to have sat around not being used. The car wants for absolutely nothing is all ready to go doesn't need anything doing to it just insuring, taxing and driving away..
Now onto its bad points as I want to let people know exactly what she is like.. Bodywork is in a good usable condition but it does have some small surface rust blisters starting on the rear arches, these have been touched in to make them blend in but they are only surface not actual rot it is still solid! The front wings were replaced due to rust and the bonnet was replaced so the front would match.. She still polishes up a treat and it doesn’t effect the way it drives or skids. There are also a few age related marks here and there but nothing too nasty. Oh I forgot to say there is also 2 sets of remote keys..
And that's about it. It has had a fair amount of money spent to make it stand out and perform/slide that bit better. It is a very smart looking car (so doesn’t attract the wrong pork attention lol) and she is nice and quiet (so industrial estates are your friend). Hopefully it will go to a good home, and bring the new owner loads of fun. Any inspection welcomed and any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do the best to help you. Advert can be removed at any time as it is advertised elsewhere. Please no time wasters!
