BMW 330d Touring, Sport spec in Black, 6-speed Manual e46
If you are looking at this listing you probably know a bit about the BMW e46 330d touring, they are without doubt a truly phenomenal car!. This is the later model with the 204bhp engine and manual transmission. This engine is renown for it's reliability (unlike the 2-litre models), incredible performance and economy. The manual transmission makes this a real driver's car and again the reliability is improved over the automatic versions which have a poor reputation. The engine has had a mild remap so it goes a bit better than the standard 330d, on my commute to West London I get an indicated 48-49 mpg which when calculated properly comes out at about 43 mpg.
I have owned this car for over three years and have spent a fair bit of money keeping it in great condition in this time including, new shocks and springs all round, new discs and pads all round, new lower wishbones, clutch and dual-mass flywheel. The car has been over-serviced if anything as I have changed the oil in between the scheduled services. The car was serviced over Christmas and there is a full service history. Oh and the swirl flaps have been removed. the car drives as if it has done a lot less than 165k. The MOT runs to November '16 and there were no advisories recorded.
The bodywork is almost unmarked with some very minor scuffs to the bumpers and stone chips to the front end, there is no evidence of any previous accident damage and the car is HPI clear. The photos were taken between showers after a quick wash. The wheels are all undamaged and the tyres are all good, the front's have about 6.5mm and the rears about 5mm. There is a concealed towbar with full electrics, looks like it has hardly been used, I used it only once to tow a small trailer. Xenon headlights are fitted. There is no rust anywhere, not even the front arches where they always seem to go.
Inside it's in great condition, there is almost no wear to the heated leather sports seats, there is a single CD player in the dash and a multi-changer in the boot with the Harman Kardon audio system, so it sounds great. The aircon all works as it should. The car has never been smoked in and there are no nasty doggy niffs either.
