BMW 335i M Sport Convertible Auto Sat Nav 48K FBMWSH Top Spec

I'm selling my cherished 335i after just over a years worth of use. I bought it last year in August whilst living in London solely as a weekend car. I changed jobs and it soon did the daily trek to Northampton. I found I was doing too much mileage and it was too nice to drive for a commute.
I bought it at 28k miles from a man who replaced it with a Aston Martin Rapide so I knew it was looked after and no expense was spared. It was and is still under extended warranty from BMW. It has full service history with the last service done in March this year so a little while until the next one and a brake fluid change in July. It has just been Mot'd until September 2016.
Whilst having the car serviced in March, BMW found a tiny hole in the gearbox sump and that was repaired under warranty with a new sump and oil. A few weeks ago it developed the wastegate rattle and had BMW diagnose and firstly and they tried the software fix but it didn't resolve it. It is a very expensive job (probably looking at a couple of grand) as the wastegates are within the engine so naturally BMW tried to wriggle out of it. I couldn't sell it knowing that the car had this problem as it wouldn't feel right. I just had the car returned today after a week at BMW after they agreed to cover it under warranty. They confirmed that no turbo damage had been done either. Do not buy one which hasn't had this work done as there is a very good chance that it will develop this sooner or later as its weak point on the N54 Engine.
The warranty from what I believe is extendable and I seriously recommend it. Repairs on these motors aren't cheap, especially if the folding roof packs up.

No finance and HPI clear on this so ready to drive home on the day. I have the logbook and lots of folders of receipts and history. Private regplate has removed also.
The car does have a few stonechips and minor marks as you expect for an 8 year old car so do not expect a brand new car. No major dents or dinks.
