For sale is a BMW 335ix with the notorious N54 In-Line Six Motor and Twin Turbos. This vehicle is owned by a mature car enthusiast and has been upgraded with many goodies (bolt on’s); no expense was spared and only high-quality parts were used in this build; this ad contains absolute transparency. I was planning to swap the transmission to a manual 6 speed but just do not have the time and please note, I am in no rush to sell and the price is absolutely firm. As with all vehicles, there are some pros and cons to the vehicle which I will list below and also list all the modifications / maintenance done so far. Please note, this is not some hack job car – lots of care, time and research was put into this car, however, I simply do not have any more time to dedicate to it and would like to start another build.

Pro:
1) It will not require any maintenance – there are absolutely zero leaks. This includes oil, coolant or any other liquid leaks. The car has had maintenance and mechanical work prioritized versus any exterior work.
2) All weak points of the BMW N54 motor and pieces around the motor have been addressed, including the Lower Rod Bearing Failures. The engine has also been compression tested recently and all cylinders are firing at 165-170 PSI.
3) It will easily daily drive on any JB4 Maps or MHD tunes – it also pulls extremely hard and was Dyno Tested at about 450hp. It is currently on the following maps:

JB4 – Map 2 – 19 PSI Boost Safety (it will easily go over 20 but I do not want to blow the turbos)
MHD – Backend Tune with a small light Burble Tune
xDelete – AWD Mode (can be adjusted to RWD)
xTuner – Transmission Mod – Stage 2
Con:
1) The Hood has rust on the bottom – I’ve been meaning to replace it at some point but just haven’t gotten to it; it works fine but it is noticeable when it is lifted.
2) The overall paint condition of the vehicle is in good shape but it does have some chips around the bottom and on some panels. The front bumper has several rock chips and could use a sand and repaint.
3) It is running Turner Solid Engine mounts, so there is NHS – this is to be expected but helps put power down easily.
4) There is a Stage 2 light on the Dash about one of the rear lights however, all the lights appear to be working so I am guessing this is just a sensor somewhere.
