E36 convertible with 5-speed manual transmission

Hi folks, I am selling this car on behalf of the owners, who are my good friends and neighbors: a 1996 BMW 318i Convertible. 253k miles, very good condition, excellent body and paint, clear title, and Carfax. Excellent leather interior with very minor flaws. Second owner since 1999. Always garaged. Routine maintenance performed on schedule by professional shop(s). Recent clutch replacement. AC and heat in excellent condition. All mechanical systems such as engine, transmission, drive line, differential, brakes, etc. in outstanding condition. CD player, 5 speed. Heated seats, although passenger heated seat needs attention. Canvas top replaced once and while it DOES NOT leak, it will eventually need replacement.
