IN New York STATE AND WILL COME WITH A New York STATE TITLE . I HAVE APPLY FOR A TITLE
AND HAVE RECEIVED A RECEIPT FROM DMV OFFICE FOR NEW TITLE . DUE TO COVID
DMV IN New York IS BACKED UP WITH ISSUING ACTUAL TITLE FOR ANOTHER COUPLE OF WEEKS .
YES YOU ARE ABLE TO KEEP A BALANCE OF THE PAYMENT UNTIL ACTUAL TITLE COMES IN . DMV
ACTUAL PAPERWORK FOR RECORDS AND APPROVAL THATS HAS BEING PAID WILL BE HAPPILY SHARE .
SO THIS CAR ITS TOTALLY LEGAL AND ABLE TO BE TITLE OR REGISTER IN ANY STATE RIGHT NOW . . ALL

Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 Days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle or the vehicle can be released for transport.
