Bid Retractions - Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Non-Paying Bidder - If the $500 deposit is not received within 1 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, Buyer forfeits $500 deposit and I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
Deposit - The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment - Certified Check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.

I bought the car as a Certified Pre Owned from a dealer, Perillo BMW with 11xxx miles on it. And own it since. The 4 year /50,000 mile warranty has expired on it. It still has the remaining of the 6 years / 100000 miles CPO warranty {Expires around March 2016; please call and verify with BMW on the exact date}. This is a 2010 BMW, according to the dealer the CPO stays with the car. So if you buy car, then the remaining part of the CPO warranty comes along with the car.
The loan is paid off and I have the title in hand with a release of lean from the bank.
There is a ding that is approximately 5mm in diameter. I have a picture showing how big it is with reference to a dime, ($ 00.10 USD).
I use this car daily. This as 37373 miles as of now. I will assure you that It will be under 38000 miles when auction ends.

Some small scuffs on the wheel edges. The car has a few rock chips on the front bumper from highway driving. I use this car daily. This has 37373 miles as of now.
