2014 BMW 435i M Sport Twin Turbo

Adult/Retiree owned and driven 2014 BMW 435i with M Sport Package.Owned for the last 5 years. Garage kept, well maintained, complete records including Fall Service (9/21) included Front and Rear Brakes (Rotors,pads,Hardware and Regular Mobile One service. Also recent Tires, and Battery under Warranty. Minor repairs were done by BMW Dealer until end of Factory Warranty. After that, Service preformed by a German Car Specialist.
A few upgrades to breathe and exhale better. BMW M Exhaust (great sound too) with Carbon Exhaust Tips, Burger Intake with K&N filter, Carbon Fiber Mirror Covers (great look on White) have originals. Also, I purchased new but never installed Poly Lip Spoiler primed but never painted and Carbon Fiber side skirts. My plan was to have Spoiler installed and painted along with stone chips (photo).Minor body work from Flatbed delivery kicked up against rocker panel leaving a 4 inch scratch and damaging the original Black M-Sport or M-Power Graphics. A new one was ordered from BMW and replaced by Body Shop along with C/F Mirror covers. I removed the Graphics a year later, not sure why, it looked pretty good, great contrast on white. I will be buying another set for new owner. Again, all receipts BMW, Body Shop etc. All Photos taken within the last 2 days. Professional detail every Spring and Fall (receipts).

Known Defects:
Drivers side Leather panel damage due to Prescription Gel Medication on my knee (photo) The rest of the Leather in very nice condition. No wear not even on the Side Seat Bolster (common). A small chip in back of moon roof (paint chip) and chips on front lower air intake with 3 very very small on hood. Two half inch hair line scratches on windshield, hard to see not in view.
I purchased this car with a clouded Title. The former owner made a Comprehensive Fresh Water Claim after owning it for 5 months paying $43,834 with 67 of 72 payments left at $828. a month. I purchased it with the balance of a Full Factory Warranty and upon inspection saw no trace of any damage. Documents Provided upon request.
