BMW 520D SE Auto 2011 Grey LOADED with Extras + private REG plate included

BMW 5 Series 520D SE with many optional extras and private reg.
For sale is my 2011 BMW 5 Series. I bought this as my company car back in Feb 2013 at which point it had covered just 11k miles by the one previous owner.
I was initially looking for an 'M Sport' edition but was drawn to this car due to all of the optional extras that are on it (see below). I'm now looking to sell as I have started a new job where they provide a company car so will be sad to see this go.
There is almost 78k miles on the clock at the point I'm putting this up for sale but that will increase slightly as I'm still using the car for work.
The car has been exceptionally well looked after. The car came with the BMW service package so has full dealer service history and stamped log book. I have mainly used the car for long motorway journeys with work so no stop start journeys around town and there are no scuffs/scrapes on any of the alloys.
The car comes as standard with a high spec including heated seats, front and rear parking sensors, USB connectivity for your phone, oyster leather seats and upholstery, center armrest, iDrive controller, cruise control, speed limiter, Keyless ignition, Twin chrome exhaust pipes, auto rain sensor and auto headlights, dual zone air-con, Rear armrest with cup holders and storage compartment, ISOFIX rear child seat points etc etc.
The optional extras added to this vehicle are as follows:

As I can not transfer my private reg to the new company car, I am also selling with the car for the final auction price: R50 RDA
This car has recently (2 months ago) had a new set of rear tyres put on and the front tyres still have a few months life left in them.
The MOT and Service is due at the end of this month, I will be getting BOTH of these done before the end of the auction so you will have a full years MOT and thousands of miles before a service is required.
I have all paperwork, handbooks, full service history, MOT certificate, all original documentation and books and the second key.
The only negative points on this car are:
- Due to the mileage there are a few stone chips at the front, none of these are dents/scratches or anything more than what you'd expect with general motorway mileage
- The is a scuff on one of the door mirrors (see photo) where the car must have been clipped when parked
- I have recently noticed a light mark on the drivers seat which i'm assuming was caused by my suit trouser belt rubbing against the seat (see photo).
