Description
RELISTED DUE TO TIMEWASTERFor auction, 2002 BMW 530d Sport Auto
NEEDS HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP, WILL NOT START WITHOUT ETHER BUT RUNS FINE AFTER A SNIFF.
When plugged into diagnostics it reads low fuel pressure at start, about 110 bar on cranking over.
I've owned this car for 3 years and its had whatever its needed, been my daily driver commuting 60 miles a day, however the time has come to move it on, especially now it needs a fuel pump.
The car is MOT'd until December and has passed the last 3 mots without an advisory, and I am quite sure it will pass the next without a problem. Like I say its never wanted for nothing and has full dealer history up until 2013, then myself from then on, the car has done 210,000 miles. I will list the things i've done whilst owning the car,
Recon auto gearbox last year
New front shock absorbers (genuine bmw)
New front calipers and pads
Swirl flap delete
Stainless De-cat pipe
Remapped
Stainless twin exhaust
New battery
H&R lowering springs which are slightly lower than OEM sport suspension
Front anti roll bar link rods
New turbo
The car drives 100% perfect, runs perfect once its running, you would never know there was a problem until you came to start it, it can be driven home if you win it. I would happily drive to the moon and back in it, its a good solid clean car. Few rust spots here and there, as to be expected with a car of this age and mileage. The interior is mint, no wear to any seats, it has the sport comfort seats fitted, all the electronic adjusters work fine and so does the memory function. It has the factory sat nav but no map disc. Only 3 owners from new, me being the 3rd. Front tyres are like new, rears could do with replacing within the next 2000 miles or so.
Not to be confused with some of the usual shit E39's for sale, when the pumps sorted you won't regret buying it, I have a price in mind considering the faults with the car, which I think is quite reasonable.
Any questions just ask.
Cash on collection.
