Wasn't really planning on selling this but have just bought a Jeep and have an E39 M5 also so it's just not going to be used anymore which is a shame.
I bought it two years ago and in that time it has served myself and my dad very well. Only ever let me down once when the fuel pump died (replaced with brand new Pierburg unit), other things I have done in my ownership:
Style 32 (staggered) alloys with good tyres.Rear windows tintedPair new/recon front calipers with new padsRecent batteryBrand new Bosch MAFPair new rear suspension springsNew final stage resistor 'FSU'
MOT has just been done so is not due until Feb 2017. Current mileage is 163'000. 3 previous owners. Has some nice factory options such as anthracite headlining, 'light yellow' leather and black interior, front seats heated etc, radio/CD multi changer all works fine etc. Engine pulls strong, never uses any oil or coolant, gearbox (auto) is nice and smooth etc. It has lots and lots of service history, all old MOTs and lots of receipts including some for Powerflex ARB bushes.
Only bad points I can find:
Occasional vibration under heavy braking
Usual slight rust spot appearing by filler cap.
Couple of dash pixels starting to go (very common)
