Notice to Bidders: The vehicles we list for sale at eBay are also for sale at our retail location. Please contact us to confirm vehicle availability. We reserve the right to end an auction early.
Deposit: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Deposits only accepted through PayPal.
Payments: Full payment will only be accepted through Direct Deposit Wire Transfers or Official Checks. All sales transactions must be completed within 3 calendar days of auction close/offer acceptance. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery/pick-up of the vehicle.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Although every effort is made to present accurate and reliable vehicle information, use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the existence of options, accessories, the vehicle condition and the vehicle description before time of sale. Any and all differences must be addressed prior to time of sale.
Shipping: Buyer and seller can negotiate shipping charges. We will handle the logistics of shipping. We assume no responsibilities for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If vehicle is being shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Elite Auto Corporation welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the existence of options, accessories, the vehicle condition and the vehicle description before time of sale. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, the vehicle is being sold "AS IS". No expressed or implied warranties, including the availability or condition of the equipment listed is made. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the existence of options, accessories, the vehicle condition and the vehicle description before time of sale. EPA mileage estimates are for comparison purposes only. Actual mileage may vary depending on driving conditions, driving habits, and vehicle maintenance. No representations or warranties are made by the seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacture's warranties may still apply. Bid Retractions: Bid retractions are not allowed nor will they be recognized within 12 hours of auction end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feed Back Bidders: We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should call or email us prior to bidding.
Winning Bid: The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Elite Auto Corp within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
No Payment: If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of the auction, or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of the auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
Fees and Payments
State or local taxes, title, license fee, processing fees, registration fee, dealer documentary fee, finance charges, emission testing fees, and compliance fees are additional to the advertised price.
Applicable Fees are; $300.00 Illinois Documentation fee, $15.00 for Thirty-Day Drive Away Permit Fee for Out of State Customers, $299.00 Dealer/Protector Prep Fee for vehicle, Illinois Customers will pay $150.00 Title Fee and $151.00 for Illinois Plates, $25.00 for Illinois Registration, Sales Tax (for Illinois Residents and Residents of Tax Reciprocal States with the State of Illinois). Fees subject to change. Please call or email if you have any questions regarding Reciprocal Tax with the State of Illinois. Out of State Buyers are responsible for all State, County and City Taxes and Fees, as well as Title/Registration Fees in the State that the vehicle will be registered.
