Description
1990 BMW 535i with the very desirable 5-speed transmission and venerable 3.5 liter "Big Six". It is in better than average condition for a 24 year old vehicle, both mechanically and cosmetically. Finding a clean 535i 5-speed is becoming more and more difficult these days.
Island Green Metallic (273) with Natur (0328) interior.
I've owned the car since August 2011 and I knew when I bought it there was some mechanical work that needed to be addressed. Since purchasing I have done the following:
Bavarian Automotive Long Block
Water pump, fan clutch, hoses, belts, and anything coolant related
Timing chain tensioners
Drive shaft center support
M3 short shifter
Eibach sport springs
Ireland Engineering fixed camber plates (1.25 degrees)
Thrust Arms
Brake pads all 4 wheels (discs were fine)
Front end alignment
Lloyd floor mats (4)
BMW E39 16" mesh alloy wheels (4) (Included in the sale
Attention items: RR door panel needs replacing, top of back seat needs stitching repair at seams, RF door scratched, A/C never charged since my purchase.
This is a very nice 1990 535i, but it is not a show car, nor is the asking price.
Records, clean title in hand, sold as is, buyer pays shipping.
I have the car listed for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this listing early.
