2004 BMW 525i Base Sedan 4-Door 2.5L

This vehicle has a rough idle while standing still but there is no sign of it while driving. When driving, the engine acceleration is strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. The engine light is on and it has an oil leak. I suspect it needs a tune up. It has some parking lot dings rear driver’s side door / (see pictures). Tires has approximately 50 -70% tread the tire pressure sensor light is on. AC blows cold air tire. Please send me any questions you might have. This BMW will sell to the highest bidder. Thank you
