Description
For your consideration is a local southern carport find from an estate, one lady owner from what records I can find from the lady's daughter, a fine example of a low mileage collectible "shark-nosed" 2-door coupe 633i.
Virtually rust-free except for a small bit on a rear wheel arch shown, and a couple of surface spots on the body not rusted through, this car will require almost no body work prior to paint.
It is just as I found it in her carport, but I did have it towed to the shop where it is pictured. I have turned the engine over by putting in a temporary battery and cranking it, but it will need some fuel system work to run as it has been sitting.
Excellent body with perfect body lines (hood is shown closed but not latched so slightly raised in photos.)
Aftermarket sport steering wheel is the only item non-original.
Nice original tool kit in trunk pictured.
Original spare & wheel.
I did acquire a couple of hoses to add to the metering system, and an interior door handle part which are pictured in a box. I collect British cars, not BMWs, so have decided to let this car go to an enthusiast who appreciates the potential of these cars. Very good condition for almost 40 years old! And an appreciating classic!
It is sold in as is condition wit no warranties. Come view the car, or ask questions and I will answer honestly to the extent of my knowledge. Nothing to hide here as it is an honest car.
A deposit of $500 must be paid upon auction end may be paid by PayPal. Balance to be in cash, cashiers check, or PayPal if buyer pays fees.
Pickup to be within 2 weeks of auction. Longer storage available at low cost if needed. Only bid if serious about buying.
Also see my other auction for another BMW estate car.
Good luck!
