BMW X5 Sport 2003 - 2015 Rego and Warranty - Excellent Condition

Up for auction is this excellent example 2003 X5 Sports. After a long search for the best X5 around I found this car in Melbourne and had it trucked up to Sydney earlier this year. I purchased the car with the intention of using it for a tow vehicle however, this never ended up being needed hence the car is for sale (having never towed anything). I purchased from a dealer so there is the balance of the "Grand Warranty" which comes with the car and is valid until the end of Jan next year. Coming from Melbourne I needed to get a blue slip for the car so you can be sure there is nothing wrong with it. I put 12 months rego on the car with this blue slip therefore has rego until Feb 2015.
The car has been very well maintained both cosmetically and mechanically. It has service history and all the books and I had a full service carried out on it about 2,500km ago. There was a small oil leak so I replaced the Valve Cover Gasket to ensure the car is perfect. Previous service works include New Coil Packs, Fan Belts, Expansion Tank, Oil Cooler, Spark Plugs, Radiator and Alternator repairs and Machine Rotors. The photos show just how well the car has been looked after, the interior is the best I have seen and I viewed a lot of these.
Being a Sport model it has nice looking 19 inch rims which have very good rubber. It also comes with some other extras and the interior has the metallic look rather than the heavy and dated wood grain. The air con works perfectly as does the sun roof. The only things that are wrong with this car are the drivers door lock sometimes does not open with the keyless entry so you need to use the key. As it is intermittent I would assume it is a very easy fix. There is also some slight pixilation on the radio display.
The 3L petrol engine is the best to have in these as they are powerful yet it averages 12.4L/100km which is very good. I have actually replaced the X5 with a 5 series with the same motor as they are so good.
The car can be viewed in Taren Point in the Sutherland Shire, 15 minutes south of the airport. Questions and inspections are more than welcome.
