I am the second owner of this immaculately presented 2003 BMW X5 - 8cyl 4.4L - Auto. I purchased this from a luxury car dealership almost 2 years ago and have driven the car only 9000kms since purchase. Regular service and log books - car has not been taken offroading ever and only used for weekend suburban driving by mature professional. Car is always parked in secured underground parking. One driver only - non smoker and no children.
I have spent close to $2000.00 in the last few months on replacing 2 front brakes and rotors, 8 new spark plugs and coil and 2 brand new tyres (all listed on mechanics job sheet). Car comes with plenty of rego till May 2015, 2 sets of keys and spare entry key. You will not be disappointed.
Whilst the listed price is fixed, I will be open to negotiation if you make me an offer to buy on the first visit. I am time poor when it comes to arranging test drives and inspections, so I am avoiding time wasters and will be happy to accept an amount close to listed price if you buy it on the spot after inspection. I am after a hassle free quick sale.
