A 1957 BMWIsetta 300 bubble window coupe with sliding sunroof.A survivor car! Red with a red plaidinterior. 24,000 original miles. One owner car from new. The original ownerbought it in 1957 from Fontana Trading Corp in New York City for $1079.85, anddrove it home to Ohio. Comes with the original bill of sale. When the ownermoved to the west coast, she took it with her where it stayed for many years.
This perkylittle car has participated in many parades and shows in the 50’s.
The body isvery straight and solid, very nice frame and floors, some rust under thebattery box as you can see in the pictures. Patina is old and tired looking.
Mechanicallythe car runs and drives, even though it sat undriven for some years. Crack on the the windshield, comes with clean and clear title.
An excellentoriginal car, which has been much loved, ready to be restored to its originalglory.
