20-years owned with Dinan performance upgrades

I have owned and absolutely loved this 1997 BMW M3 for 20 years. I can work the sweet shifter by feel and ear like no other car I have ever owned. But family circumstances (kids!) dictate that it is time to let it go. I have always taken excellent care of it, storing in a heated, humidity-controlled garage and rarely driving in the snow or rain (but yes, it has happened--it is a solid, well-kept driver, not a trailer queen). I have a clean title, two keys, complete trunk toolkit, and car cover included. It was serviced at Zimbrick BMW dealership in Madison, WI for many years before I started taking it to Kelly-Moss, the local performance street and track gurus. I had the dealership install Dinan performance products in 2007 (cold air intake, exhaust, ECU, strut tower braces) as well as a slightly lowered Koni suspension. The intake+exhaust sound is phenomenal--check out the dyno video from 2021 showing it making more horsepower than stock:
