Up for sale in this NO RESERVE AUCTION is this very clean 1995 BMW 3 series M3. It will be sold to the highest bidder. This car is in amazing condition throughout. My friend Dan purchased this car in California back in 2005 and it has remained in Oregon ever since. He has babied this car as long as I have known him. I have always really liked this car and when he needed to make room for another vehicle, I jumped at the opportunity to own this exceptional M3. Life has changed and I am selling a few of my cars to raise funds to pay for remodel work. Due to Covid and slow DMV processing, I never transferred the title into my name. You will receive a free and clear title, properly signed off, and a bill of sale.
Both Dan and I agree that the car seems to have all original paint and we can't find any signs of previous damage or repairs. The carfax report does not indicate any prior damage or accidents. The body lines all are very nice and consistent to factory original. The car retains all of its original VIN tags. The paint has a very nice shine to it and shows extremely well. The body is very straight, even looking for flaws, very few can be found. I have taken close up pics of small chips and scratches to demonstrate while not brand new, this car is very nice, especially for a very original 26 year old car!! This car is extremely solid and 100 percent rust free. Check out the photos below of the undercarriage showing how dry and rust free this car is throughout! The glass all shows well, no cracks or noticeable chips etc. Body side mouldings are in good condition as are the headlights and taillights. Please notice one of the fog lights is cracked. (shown in pics below) The factory original alloy wheels are in very nice shape, no major curb scratches or pitting. The front tires are about 90 percent tread but the rear tires will need to be replaced. Due to Covid, I was not able to get the same brand tire to match the fronts.
The interior is in amazing condition and is free from any rips, tears, smells, or stains. At some point, the driver's seat was refurbished due to a small tear and minor cracking, looks good and matches well now. Everything else on the interior is original to the best of my knowledge and is extremely nice showing only minimal wear to be expected on a 26 year old car. The headliner is in exceptionally nice condition and the sunroof opens/closes/works properly. The power windows all work, the power door locks work, both seats function properly. All of the accessories (stereo, gauges, lights, wipers, defrost, hvac) work to best of my knowledge. Air conditioning blows cold, heat blows hot. Intermittently I have seen the add coolant light come on, but the coolant is full and the car never gets hot. I had a mechanic check this out and he stated it was a common issue due to crud getting on the coolant level sensor. This isn't a real issue, but want to give full disclosure. The dash and interior plastic is all in exceptional condition. Please view pictures and judge yourself. The trunk is in very nice condition, super clean, original carpet etc. The full size spare with matching alloy wheel, jack, and tool kit are complete and look great.
Driving this car is an absolute joy! The engine fires right up with no funny sounds, no smoke etc. Under the hood is very clean and well kept. It is all original except for aftermarket performance air intake. (original airbox is included) The engine runs smooth and has great performance, good power etc. The transmission shifts through all of the gears properly. The car drives straight down the road, no pulls to either side even when braking. The brakes are firm and function as they should. No rotor hop, pulling, brake fade, etc. The car feels very tight and is a smooth, quiet, performer as you would expect from a BMW.
The buyer will receive free and clear Oregon title properly released with a bill of sale. The car comes with manuals and books shown in photo. Also included is the OEM airbox and OBD scan tooI for diagnostics. I have done my best to accurately describe this car both in text and in close up photographs. This car is extremely nice, but it is a used car sold as is / no warranty. It is always best to inspect in person and I am happy to show the car anytime.
