Description

02 M3 E46. After the damage the insurance company announced it as a total loss, during that time the car had a lien on it so the insurance paid some money and I paid the reset, even thought the insurance company said this is a salvage title vehicle they sent me an original Texas clean and clear title (yes the insurance company not the bank) so I am not sure if this car is a salvage titled car or not. You are buying it under the assumption that the title could turn into a salvage one when you transfer it to your name.
Specs:
Alpine white exterior and grey interior. Its a non sunroof edition with a manual transmission and manual heated seats this is the only LIGHTWEIGHT edition we received in the USA.
Up to date on maintenance, new motor mounts, new water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, valve cover gasket, front main seal, oil filter housing gasket, cabin air filter, fuel filter, transmission and differential services done at 95K and fully synthetic Lube Moli 10w-60 oil change every 3000 miles.
Windshield bottom rubber replaced.
Rear quarter window bottom molding replaced on both sides.
No Vanos rattle.
Mods:
Bilstein PSS10 coilovers.
Wheel studs conversion from Turner Motorsport.
K&N air filter.
Aftermarket Headers, with Sorpion muffler, yes check engine light came on and stayed on after installing the headers but it is worth it. I love how it sounds and did gain some HP.
Secondary air pump delete.
Turner Motorsport light weight pulley kit.
20 MM H&R spacers all the way around from Turner Motorsport.
Stop tech stainless steel brake lines.
Super short throw shifter not sure what brand as the car came with it but super short feels like a go cart.
Michelin PS2 size 245-40-18 tire size on the front almost new, also the front two wheels has been refurbished.
Rears are 255-35-18 but they need to be replaced (note that the rear non matching wheel will be replace with the original M3 wheel upon sale, the M3 wheel was spray painted white, black and red by the thug that did the damage).
Original BMW Tire inflating pump is still in the car.
As you can see the car had suffered from excessive damage due to some losers in my area. The car still runs and drives.
What I can tell you that with all windows being broken, paint scratched up and the seats tore up like that, my best advise is a track car. With the performance upgrade this car has and being a non sunroof edition for me this is a perfect track, or drift car candidate.
I will be removing the plates and the registration sticker before delivery.
Please don't ask how much is the reserve just bid as much and you can afford, people with less than 50 positive feedbacks will be removed unless you contact me prior of bidding and explain to me how are you paying for it and when.
If you are waiting for some money to come in from some bla bla bla please don't bid on my car, if this car is meant to be yours than the car will be available when you get your money together.
Winning bidder if you don't pay for the car because your best friends grandma left Pinky toe is hurting her or any other reason, than you owe me a fee of $150 yes one hundred fifty dollars and that is for my valuable time being wasted and a relisting fee on eBay.
Also I do understand that for ten thousands dollars you can get a 2001 or 2002 M3 these days with anywhere from 130K to 160K miles but I ask you to understand that this is a (was) a well maintained vehicle that was driven on daily basis, this is buy no mean a junk car what happened to it was unfortunate but fortunately it is all cosmetic.
thank you and happy bidding.
