BMW E46 M3 Convertible - Facelift, Carbon black, red leather, 101k

For sale is my late 2003 facelift BMW E46 M3 convertible in Carbon Black with red leather
I have owned this car since early 2014. Genuine reason for sale.
Just turned 100,800 miles with full BMW service history. Next service is Inspection 2 in around 6800 miles.

The car has had all BMW recalls carried out to date including the latest recall for the passenger airbag in July at BMW Coopers Chelmsford. It came out with two advisories
1) Crack in air conditioning belt - air con still functions
2) Bubble on windscreen by rain sensor - not affecting operation
Tyre treads were recorded as below by BMW Chelmsford. Tyres are Kuhmo KU39 all round

This car has all the usual optional extras you'd expect from a high spec M3 apart from bluetooth. It has the factory LED rear lights, factory front strut brace, Harmon Kardon sound system with six cd changer, one touch windows all round, sat nav, heated seats, electronic lumbar support, electric memory seats, BMW velour floor mats, folding electric mirrors, cruise control, auto headlights and auto wipers.
It is completely factory apart from a set of Eibach lowering springs and BIMECC spacers (15mm front and 12mm rear). Fitted new earlier this year after one of the rear springs snapped (common fault).
I have averaged 25mpg since owning this car so please don't be put off if you think it will be expensive to run. Due to the year of the car it falls into the cheaper tax bracket which means you get all the benefits of the latest model with none of the drawbacks. The car comes with two original BMW document holders (one leather and one binder), the original BMW M3 catalogue which I assume has been with the car from new and a folder full of receipts for servicing etc (pictured). It also has two keys
I have the 100% clear HPI report from when I bought the car, the only change on the report will be my private number plate which was bought for me as a birthday present. I have removed this from the car and it's now back on the private plate it had when I bought it which will be sold with the car
The roof works perfectly every time and is in very good condition for the age of the car.
This car drives like new with no knocks or noises. Any inspection is welcome
Bad points
- Scuff on passenger side front bumper (pictured)
- Passenger side wing mirror motor seems to jam for about 7 seconds when the wing mirror is unfolded
- Slight crack in the screen on the sat nav (pictured)
- Occasionally the drivers side window skips the roof if you close it when travelling over 40 - 50 mph
