BMW M5 2006, Black, Full BMW service history

Firstly. This car is due finance. The reason I am selling is due to massive work changes and I need to eradicate all my monthly outgoings.
If you're still reading, you know this isn't as dodgy as it sounds. This won't be a case of paying for the car and hoping that I clear the debt. The buyer will accompany me to my bank, with a bank staff member present, we will transfer the money to my account and once cleared, I will clear the finance with the finance company there and then, still within the bank. Peace of mind for both parties.
This is my 2nd M5. I kinda rushed in to the first one not knowing what I was doing but I took my time over this one and travelled from Glasgow down to Huddersfield to collect it. It has a mountain of receipts. Anything that needs doing around this mileage has been done.
Since the photos were taken, I've added black and white bonnet, boot and wheel roundels and the M5 badge is now shadow black/grey.

Brake booster also replaced around 75,000 miles when I picked the car up from the dealership. This is not documented however.
As you can see from the servicing schedule, it's all up to date.
The work carried out should give the buyer complete peace of mind. Especially the Throttle Actuator replacement (common to go around this mileage) and the Clutch and Flywheel replacement.
No engine mods. Standard exhaust.
Factory fitted privacy glass.
The only thing that lets the M5 down is the front bumper. Up close, there are tiny stone chips which is a bit saddening. Bear in mind that it's a 2006 car so the odd paint fault is to be expected. Absolutely no rust or bubbles anywhere though.
