The car has undergone a frame off, nut and bolt restoration and is one of the finest examples in existence. This rare convertible is one of only 300 made. There’s an extensive and detailed documentation of the restoration process with an estimated 4,000 man hours involved. All major components on the car have been restored including the numbers matching engine, transmission, chain drive rear axle, speedometer and carburetor. All new brakes, cylinders, brake lines, master cylinder, new bias ply tires as original. All new chrome, polished aluminum pieces, and polished stainless steel luggage rack. The paint and finish are showroom quality and is the original color, Japan Red. The interior upholstery and convertible top has been professionally done, and is beautiful.
