BMW X5 SPORT .. LPG Conversion ..Extremely Good Condition ... NO RESERVE

This car is being re-listed on a 3 Day auction because of a complete time waster who bid on the car and then went away on holiday saying that he could not pick it up until next week.
When I tried to be accommodating and delay the start of my holiday, he did not reply to any email and I have not heard from him again !!!
Please do not bid on this car unless you can come and pick it up by Wednesday 2nd September as I go away on holiday after that which is why this is now on a 3 day auction.
This auction is for my BMW X5 which has had a professional L.P.G. conversion making it very economical to run for a large car but still retaining the performance of the 4.4 V8 engine.
We have owned it since early 2013 and previously to that it was owned from June 2007 by a work colleague and friend of mine who is the person that had the L.P.G. conversion carried out, so I have known the history of this car for the last 8 years. I even still have the original Auto trader avert from when he purchased it.
This car runs incredibly well and is in very good condition throughout. Since I have owned it I have spared no expense in ensuring that it remained reliable and mechanically sound and it comes with a good service history and lots of receipts as can be seen in the photo.
As L.P.G. is currently under half the price of Diesel and the car is returning 18-20 mpg. As a cost comparison to diesel it works out the equivalent of about 40 MPG and with the comfort, performance and smooth running of the 4.4 V8 engine
The main features of the car are ..

As you can see from the photograph, there are lots of receipts for work carried out, service stamps in the book and the official certificate for the L.P.G. installation along with all the instruction books etc.
I have always kept a full set of X5 rubber mats down in the car and the boot to protect the carpets which you can hopefully see from the pictures are in excellent condition. I have only removed these for the photos and will include them with the car.
The car has always driven and performed without fault. The only negative things that I can think of and am aware of on the car is that the remote locking sometimes stops working (central locking with key still works fine ). It is working perfectly well now, but does occasionally have a day off ! It may be the battery, but it has never really bothered me.
There is also a small (about the size of my thumb ) section of rust bubbling on the front right wing near the wheel arch. It is still the colour of the body and it has not worsened since we have owned the car.
Otherwise, I would class this car as in extremely good condition, especially for its age. It is not showroom, but neither is the price and as you should see from the photos is great overall.
THE PRIVATE X5 NUMBER PLATE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE AND THE ORIGINAL NUMBER WILL BE REINSTALLED UNLESS THE WINNING BIDDER WISHES TO PURCHASE IT FOR £600. This is well under the estimated value of the plate and I will also pay for any transfer costs from that price. Please let me know on completion of the auction if you wish to keep the plate, otherwise I will automatically change it back
