bmw 2.8 z3 cosmos black

I have owned the car for over 4 years and love it, however my wife recently suffered a stroke so I need to sell it. I bought it as it had a brand new engine fitted at 150,000 current mileage is just under 200,000, there's a £5000 receipt from bmw Fairfield dealer. The paint work is really good due to the mileage there was a lot of stone chips and I have a friend who owns a paint shop, therefore it under went a full respray just over a year ago. It has picked up a couple of small chips at the front and a couple of very small light scratches but very hard to spot. The interior is very clean with only a very light wear to the bolster on the drivers side. Long mot and tax until may next year. The roof is age related it's in good condition with a recent rear screen replacement. the hood work most of the time if it doesn't I have to tap the switch on the left hand side, very common issue with an easy fix on you tube. the manual way is easy as well. The only issue are the driver seat doesn't go up or down also very occasionally the drive door handle doesn't work both probably an easy fix but they have never bothered me. Everything else is fine and the zircon works well. There is a huge amount of bills and receipts and full service history from BMW basically it whole history of work parts and books. Recent work is new springs and front shocks, new disk grooved at the front and green stuff pads, and rear screen replacement. Runs really well very smooth and fast and quiet.
