This is my 2001 BMW Z3 3.0i Roadster. It has a little over 54k miles. This car is in great condition, a 9.5 out of 10! Silver with black convertible top and black leather interior. Comes with the rare, matching, original factory hardtop.
It has the 3.0 liter straight six which makes 225hp. The engine is strong and silky smooth. It will do 0-60 in about 5.7 seconds! Has 5-speed automatic transmission. The paint is original and in great shape, except for very small chip next to the right headlight. Interior is in great condition. The leather is soft, no splits or cracks, just a couple of wear marks. Seatbelts are a little slow to retract, but still hold you firmly in place. Top is in great condition inside and out as is the back window except for some faint scratches.
This baby has all of the amenities you would expect: power seats, power top, power windows, power locks, air conditioning, AM/FM/CD Stereo with Harman Kardon Speakers, and Cruise Control.
It has new Bilstein Shocks/Struts all around, BimmerBum polyurethane bushings, K&N air filter, and a Wiechers Strut Tower Brace. Also includes an acrylic wind deflector. Fitted with brand new Continental Control Contact Sport Tires, 225/45 ZR 17 front and 245/40 ZR 17 rear on factory Type 32 wheels, 17 x 7.5 front, 17 x 8.5 rear. Less than 1000 of use on these tires.
This car is complete with all original tools, manuals, mesh wind deflector, and windshield cover. It includes the optional and highly sought after factory hard top. This is the hardtop originally sold with the car and is matching silver with black lining, both in great shape, except for a couple of small chips on the leading edge of the hardtop. Includes all factory mounting hardware. These alone sell for $2500+.
Owning this car for the past 2 1/2 years has been a dream come true and I've loved every second behind the wheel. I'm just moving on to another toy and it's time for someone else to become caretaker of this fantastic, fun-to-drive gem.
